The all steel “L” type table pivots on bearing housings to realize the 90° spinning movement, by means of a hydraulic system, that drives the piston and moves the table. |

PALLETIZER |

The Palletizer receives the slitted rolls that come from the slitting- rewinding machine. |
|||||||||||||||
Once the slitted rolls are placed on the machine, they are lifted by means of a bench with transverse rollers, in order to join the rolls. |
|||||||||||||||
Later the transmission of two rollers is lift, to make spin the slitted rolls in order to be to wrap them with stretchable plastic film. |
|||||||||||||||
The rollers have non-skid tape and a system of side arms, which prevent the rolls from separating during the process of palletizing. |
|||||||||||||||
Once the slitted rolls are palletized, they are expelled as a unique roll, raising the bench of transverse rollers again. |
|||||||||||||||
Usually after the palletizing is done, a Rolls Turn Over machine is used to put the palletized rolls on a vertical position standing on a scaffold. |
