Dimatra has been established as a proud Mexican company. We have proven to be competitive due to the excellent functioning of our machines in the nonwovens, paper (tissue and others) and plastic film converters and materials production companies, with high quality standards.

* To convert is to modify materials by executing converting processes such as: winding, unwinding, rewinding, slitting, folding, moistening, embossing, calibrating, laminating, stamping, printing, perforating, etc.
An excellent staff of engineers, an experienced team of technicians in continuous qualification, a solid infrastructure, and advanced designing software (3D) allow us to face all the exigent challenges of the converting machinery.

Our machines are designed and manufactured to perform a wide variety of converting processes at three different stages:

  • STAGE: PRODUCTION OF MATERIALS. Converting processes: coating, impregnating, calibrating, embossing and laminating.
  • STAGE: INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES. Converting processes along the industrial supply chain to present the material in such formats as: rolls, sheets (small or large); packed, unpacked or palletized.
  • STAGE: PROCESSES FOR PRESENTATION TO THE FINAL CONSUMER. Final converting processes to achieve useful presentations to the final consumer (wipes; wet wipes; sheets in different sizes: small, large, surgical; napkins; rolls; disposable towels in rolls or folded in different formats such as: 1/4, C / PopUp or Z / Non PopUp, or W).
